    This comment is only based on their employment policy. Since the university is a Christian-Faith university, they only hire Christians. I know some other Christian schools around the US that do not care about the religion of their employees and the candidates. In the job posting that I was interested, they did not explicitly mention that they do not hire non-Christians; I got it when I called their HR.
