  Most excellent customer service experience we've had. The owner is incredibly personable and knowledgeable and doesn't come across as one who's just out for a sale. The storefront doesn't appear inviting, but don't be deterred from shopping here; their inventory is expansive, and there's a lot more space not visible from the parking lot. Having slept on it for a few nights now, we can say that he sold us the perfect bed in under 30 minutes and had it delivered to our home in less than an hour. He listened to what we were looking for and concerned about, provided helpful insight and counsel, and talked with us like ordinary people. I also purchased a pillow, and it turned out to be defective (the insides were damaged somehow), so I brought it back a couple of days later, and he immediately swapped it out with another without any trouble.
