I've been going here for years and I've never seen a scratch or dent from their washer, in 2 black vehicles I've owned, this tells me they must use quality cleaning products (brushes and such). This place is conveniently located near the Loop in town, helpful staff, free vacuums, and unlike most places- your cat is actually clean AND dry when you pull out. Overall, 10/10!
